Mad Droids Receives Honorable Mention in SideQuest Contest

We are very excited to tell you about the latest news from Mad Droids. Today we want to share with you about our participation in the SideQuest contest from ConsenSys, one of the most important companies in Web3 development.
SideQuest was an amazing opportunity for us, as it allowed us to learn and improve our game with the support of ConsenSys, Infura, MetaMask and Truffle, which are the leading platforms in the use of blockchain technology for gaming. SideQuest included workshops, game jams and $100,000 in grants to drive NFT game development.
We entered the game jam, where we competed against 19 other gaming projects. Although Mad Droids was not one of the winners, our game received an honorable mention from the jury, that praised its originality, its design and its potential to attract new users into the crypto ecosystem. It was a great honor for us to receive this recognition, as it has motivated us even more to continue working on our dream.
Juan Nates, our creative director, expressed his satisfaction for the recognition and thanked ConsenSys and its partners for their support. “We are very grateful for the opportunity to be part of SideQuest and for receiving this honorable mention. It was a truly enriching experience for us to learn a lot more about Web3 and its applications in gaming. We would like to thank ConsenSys, Infura, MetaMask and Truffle for this opportunity and for their support during the whole process”, he said.
